Peterse & Partners have a diversity of professional backgrounds. Each and every one of us has experience in buying, renovating and selling houses. Because of this, we are all capable of assessing the structural condition and development potential of a house.
  

    Aat Peterse  

    Aat Peterse bought a splendid 18th-century Manoir in the Burgundy region in 2003, which was 

    thoroughly modernised to accommodate a chambres d’hôtes. He went on to sell the country house

    with its surrounding estate in 2008 and now lives in Catalonia.

    He is currently an accredited real estate agent in both France and Spain.

 

The team of Peterse & Partners has enjoyed an unusually rich experience in the selection, purchase and renovation of old properties, with thorough knowledge of all legal and procedural matters involved in real estate transactions in France and Spain.
